Refund & Cancellation Policy
No cancellations are allowed within five (5) calendar days of reservation. No refunds will be permitted less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to scheduled reservation. Cancellations made less than five (5) calendar days prior to the start of scheduled reservation will be non-refundable. There will be a 20% cancellation fee for any refund before five (5) calendar days prior to beginning of reservation if a cancellation occurs.
50% deposit is required upon reservation to reserve your spot for the date requested.
We will not be responsible for any delays or inconveniences due to traffic, unforeseen mechanical failures, or situations deemed an “Act of God. “There are no refunds for pre-paid reservations where a customer arrives and past 1 hour the scheduled/arranged pickup time.
Any extra stops being requested is only available if the driver’s schedule permits it, it is NOT A Guarantee.
There’s no eating, drinking or smoking permitted in the vehicles; cleaning fees will be applied if applicable.
